Are the 'free' resources really free?

Yes! A contact email is required for our free resources. Even if you complete the healthcare audit or begin using our data trackers, there is no obligation to continue working with us. If you request any free resources, we will add you to our mailing list which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Do you offer any free resources?

Yes - if you're in healthcare, we can offer you a free workflow audit so you can review your current processes. We offer advice on how we think you could improve and we will only offer to help you if we genuinely believe we can.

If you're in education, we can offer you a free basic data tracker. You can customise it once you have access to it.

What about your fees?

We work best within SystmOne and Excel. That's not to say we can't work with any others - we're expanding into EMIS, among others. We are always trying to improve and are keen to learn! Even if you don't use these systems, we can still advise you on workflow efficiency and productivity.

What software can you work with?

Fees are worked out on a case-by-case basis. We will always quote before invoicing and explain exactly how the fee has been arrived at. We have been budget-holders ourselves so we know that spend has to be justified. Please read our Blog to find Case Studies of our work.

What will you need access to?

Healthcare solutions may require access to the systems you use (SystmOne or other systems), we would only do this by written agreement with you and in full compliance with data protection legislation. Site visits can be requested.

For education solutions, we do not need access to your school systems - we only need an email address to send trackers to. As above, site visits can be requested.

What if I need help with anything?

Once we have built a process for you we will enter a 'test' phase with you - this is where any initial issues will be ironed out. We will regularly check in with you to see how things are going after the 'test' phase has finished at no extra cost.
